1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope
By accessing or using MockAttempt.com, purchasing products, or enrolling in educational tracks, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund, Placement Guarantee & Cancellation Policy.
2. General Platform, Mock Tests & AI Diagnostic Tools
MockAttempt provides algorithmic assessment simulations, practice question banks, and automated AI voice interview diagnostic rubrics. General platform use, test series passes, and self-directed practice are intended for personal training and skill development; standalone platform access does not constitute an offer of employment or unconditional guarantee of job placement.
3. Job-Oriented IT Training & Conditional Placement Guarantee
Students admitted to eligible MockAttempt Job-Oriented Career Programs execute a separate, legally binding Placement Guarantee Agreement (PGA) governed under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act (2000).
Distinction Between Placement Assistance vs. Conditional Guarantee:
- Placement Assistance: All enrolled training students receive dedicated resume reviews, portfolio audits, mock interview prep, and access to corporate partner recruitment drives.
- Conditional Placement Guarantee: A specific contractual commitment under which eligible students who satisfy all published academic benchmarks (≥90% attendance, ≥98% in daily topic tests with 100+ tests/topic, ≥98% in daily AI viva defenses, deployment of ≥6 live enterprise capstones, and ≥95% on final exit evaluation) receive dedicated placement drives for 180 calendar days post-graduation.
- 100% Tuition Refund Remedy: If an eligible candidate meeting all benchmarks does not secure an IT engineering placement offer within 180 calendar days of graduation, MockAttempt refunds 100% of paid tuition fees with zero deductions under our Refund Policy.
4. Training Credentials vs. Employment Experience
Completion certificates, capstone defense credentials, and digital ledger records issued by MockAttempt certify verified technical competencies, practical code submissions, and architectural defense scores. These credentials certify professional technical incubation and practical project accomplishments; they do not represent employer-employee commercial employment, internship contracts, or payroll tenure with MockAttempt Technologies.
5. Software Marketplace & Digital Content Licenses
Software products and developer tools (including Interview Cracker licenses) purchased through the marketplace are governed by their respective single-seat or commercial license tiers. Digital source code deliverables provide immediate access to proprietary code and are governed by our standard 30-day technical defect warranty.
6. Legal Jurisdiction & Grievance Support
