1. Purpose and Scope

1.1. This Conditional Tuition Fee Refund Policy (the “Policy”) establishes the academic performance requirements, attendance standards, assessment obligations, practical project requirements, placement-support arrangements, refund eligibility conditions, and refund procedure applicable to eligible job-oriented IT training programmes offered by MockAttempt (“MockAttempt”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1.2. This Policy is intended to provide students with a transparent and measurable framework for receiving structured technical training and placement assistance, together with a conditional commitment to refund 100% of the eligible tuition fees if the specified requirements are satisfied but the student does not receive a qualifying employment offer within the applicable placement period.

1.3. This Policy applies only to courses expressly identified as eligible for the conditional tuition-fee refund commitment in the student's course-specific enrollment schedule or signed enrollment agreement.

1.4. A student's eligibility, course name, fee amount, curriculum, course duration, required assessments, attendance requirements, and any course-specific employment conditions shall be documented before enrollment is finalised.

1.5. This Policy shall be read together with the applicable course curriculum, enrollment agreement, assessment rubric, placement-support schedule, privacy policy, and other disclosed terms relevant to the enrolled programme.

1.6. Nothing in this Policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

02

2. Nature of the Refund Commitment

2.1. MockAttempt provides structured technical education, practical project experience, assessment-based learning, interview preparation, and placement assistance to help students prepare for relevant employment opportunities.

2.2. For an eligible programme, if a student:

  • a. satisfies all academic, attendance, assessment, project, and participation requirements specified in this Policy;
  • b. successfully completes the applicable course and is formally recorded as having completed it;
  • c. complies with the reasonable placement-cooperation requirements during the placement-support period; and
  • d. does not receive a qualifying employment offer within 180 calendar days following the recorded course completion date,

the student shall be eligible for a refund of 100% of the eligible tuition fees actually paid to MockAttempt for that programme, subject to the terms of this Policy.

2.3. The commitment under this Policy is a conditional tuition-fee refund arrangement. It is not a representation that every student will necessarily be selected by an employer, receive a particular salary, secure a particular designation, or obtain employment with a particular company.

2.4. The availability of employment opportunities depends on employer requirements, candidate suitability, interview performance, vacancies, recruitment decisions, and other factors outside MockAttempt's direct control. MockAttempt nevertheless remains responsible for delivering the placement-support services expressly promised under this Policy.

2.5. No internal discretion, unpublished criterion, or subsequently introduced academic benchmark may be used to deny an otherwise eligible refund.

03

3. Enrollment and Disclosure Requirements

3.1. Before accepting enrollment under this Policy, MockAttempt shall provide the student with access to the applicable course schedule and the material refund eligibility conditions.

3.2. The student shall receive or be able to download the applicable Policy and course-specific enrollment terms before making the final enrollment decision.

3.3. The enrollment record shall identify, at a minimum:

• a. Eligible course & curriculum
• b. Total fee payable & amount paid
• c. Standard duration & access period
• d. Minimum attendance requirement
• e. Required mock tests & AI viva
• f. Project submission criteria
• g. Placement window & job preferences
• h. Refund application procedure

3.4. MockAttempt shall maintain an auditable record of the applicable Policy version and the student's acceptance of the enrollment terms.

3.5. Any material amendment to the refund criteria shall apply prospectively to future enrollments unless an amendment is expressly agreed with the existing student and is otherwise lawful. A subsequent website update shall not automatically reduce an existing student's contractual rights.

04

4. Mandatory Attendance Requirement

4.1. Students enrolled in an eligible programme must achieve a minimum attendance rate of 95% of scheduled live instructional sessions, calculated by instructional minutes attended divided by total scheduled instructional minutes.

4.2. As the programme is conducted online, students shall keep their cameras switched on during live instructional, practical, assessment, and interactive interview-preparation sessions wherever video participation is reasonably required for attendance verification and meaningful participation.

4.3. A student's camera being switched off without an approved exception may result in the affected session or period not being counted as attended, provided the requirement and consequences were disclosed in advance and applied consistently.

4.4. Cameras are not required to remain on during scheduled breaks or periods when the instructor has expressly released students from participation.

4.5. Where a student encounters a genuine technical problem, medical difficulty, disability-related limitation, reasonable privacy concern, or other legitimate circumstance, MockAttempt may verify participation through an alternative reasonable method, reschedule the session, or provide an appropriate accommodation.

4.6. Students must join sessions on time, participate in instructional activities, complete assigned work, and follow reasonable instructor directions relating to attendance and academic integrity.

4.7. Attendance shall be measured using official session records, platform logs, instructor records, approved make-up sessions, and documented exceptions.

4.8. Sessions cancelled by MockAttempt shall not be counted as student absences. Rescheduled sessions shall be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

4.9. Students shall be provided with access to their attendance records and a reasonable opportunity to report discrepancies before a refund eligibility decision is finalised.

05

5. Mandatory Mock Test Performance Requirements

5.1. Students must achieve a score of at least 95% in every required mock test and designated assessment specified in the applicable course curriculum or assessment plan.

5.2. The minimum passing score is assessed separately for each required assessment. A high score in one assessment shall not compensate for a score below the required threshold in another assessment.

5.3. The requirement applies to all designated topic-level mock tests, module-completion mock tests, and the final comprehensive course mock test.

5.4. Where an assessment is attempted but the student scores below 95%, the student shall be permitted to retake that assessment without additional assessment charges during the applicable course and assessment-access period.

5.5. Multiple attempts shall be permitted until the student achieves the prescribed passing score, subject to the disclosed course-access period, reasonable scheduling requirements, and the student's continued participation in the programme.

5.6. An assessment shall be considered passed once the student records a valid score of at least 95% in an authorised attempt. The student is not required to achieve 95% on every unsuccessful attempt made before passing.

5.7. Students must complete required assessments within the course timeline or an extension approved in writing. MockAttempt shall communicate the applicable deadlines and provide the promised opportunities for assessment and retesting.

5.8. MockAttempt shall maintain electronic records of assessment dates, scores, attempts, passing results, and applicable assessment versions.

5.9. Where a technical failure materially affects the validity of an assessment, MockAttempt shall provide an appropriate replacement attempt without additional assessment charges.

06

6. Mandatory AI Interview Assessment Requirements

6.1. Every designated mock test shall be accompanied by the corresponding required AI interview assessment. Both the mock test and its associated AI interview must meet the prescribed passing standard.

6.2. Students must achieve a score of at least 95% in every required AI interview assessment.

6.3. Required AI interview assessments include:

  • a. the AI interview associated with each designated topic-level mock test;
  • b. the comprehensive AI interview required after completion of each course module; and
  • c. the final comprehensive AI interview required at the end of the complete course.

6.4. Where a student receives a score below 95%, retakes shall be available without additional assessment charges during the applicable course and assessment-access period.

6.5. The assessment rubric, scoring criteria, and applicable passing threshold shall be disclosed to students before the relevant assessment is undertaken.

6.6. AI-generated scores shall be recorded in the student's assessment history. Where a student identifies a material technical error, scoring inconsistency, or interrupted session, the student may request a review in accordance with the assessment grievance procedure.

6.7. An interrupted or invalid session shall not automatically be treated as a student failure where the interruption materially prevented a valid assessment.

07

7. Compulsory Module-Completion Assessments

7.1. Successful completion of each course module requires the student to:

  • a. complete the prescribed lessons and practical exercises;
  • b. complete the comprehensive mock test for that module;
  • c. achieve at least 95% in that mock test;
  • d. complete the corresponding comprehensive AI interview; and
  • e. achieve at least 95% in that AI interview.

7.2. A module shall not be recorded as successfully completed until all prescribed requirements for that module have been satisfied.

7.3. A student who does not initially achieve the prescribed scores shall receive the applicable feedback and retake opportunities.

7.4. Module completion records shall be maintained by MockAttempt and made available to the student upon reasonable request.

08

8. Final Course-Completion Assessment

8.1. Upon completion of all instructional modules, the student must undertake the prescribed final comprehensive assessment.

8.2. The final assessment includes a full-course mock test and a comprehensive final AI interview.

8.3. A minimum score of 95% is required independently in both assessments.

8.4. The student shall be recorded as having successfully completed the course only after all mandatory modules, assessments, project requirements, and other expressly disclosed academic completion requirements have been satisfied.

8.5. MockAttempt shall maintain the student's final completion record and communicate the recorded completion date in writing.

8.6. The six-month placement-support period shall commence from the recorded course completion date, not from the date of admission, payment, or commencement of training.

09

9. Mandatory Practical Project Requirements

9.1. Each eligible student must successfully complete at least six practical software development or IT implementation projects relevant to the enrolled course.

9.2. Project requirements shall be defined in the applicable project brief and may include:

  • a. requirements analysis and solution design;
  • b. implementation of the specified application or infrastructure;
  • c. source-code management and version control;
  • d. appropriate testing and defect resolution;
  • e. deployment to an applicable hosting environment or live demonstration environment;
  • f. technical documentation and a project walkthrough; and
  • g. explanation of design decisions, implementation details, and relevant technical trade-offs.

9.3. MockAttempt shall communicate project deliverables, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, and any applicable domain, hosting, or third-party service conditions before the relevant project is undertaken.

9.4. Where hosting or domain services are arranged through an external provider, the availability, scope, duration, renewal conditions, and any additional charges shall be disclosed clearly. No undisclosed charge shall be imposed as a condition of satisfying the required project criterion.

9.5. Students shall submit authentic work and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of the code, configuration, design, and implementation decisions associated with each project.

9.6. Project completion shall be recorded against the published assessment criteria. Students shall be given reasonable feedback and an opportunity to correct remediable deficiencies.

9.7. Where a project is described as a genuine client project, MockAttempt shall ensure that the description is accurate and that appropriate client authorisation exists. Students shall not be permitted to disclose confidential client information or misrepresent a training exercise as paid commercial employment.

9.8. Projects shall be deemed complete when the documented acceptance criteria have been met. MockAttempt shall not introduce additional project requirements retrospectively to deny course completion or refund eligibility.

10

10. Certification Preparation and External Examination Fees

10.1. Where included in the applicable course plan, MockAttempt shall provide reasonable preparation assistance for relevant third-party certifications, which may include certifications associated with Oracle, AWS, Python, DevOps, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies.

10.2. Assistance may include curriculum guidance, practical exercises, mock examinations, revision support, and direction concerning the relevant certification provider's examination requirements.

10.3. Official examination fees, certification-provider charges, and any third-party fees shall be paid directly by the student to the relevant certification provider unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

10.4. Certification fees payable to a third party are separate from the eligible tuition fee paid to MockAttempt and are not included in the tuition-fee refund unless expressly included in the written course fee schedule.

10.5. The awarding of an external certification is subject to the certification provider's own eligibility, examination, verification, and award requirements. MockAttempt does not control the certification provider's final decision.

10.6. Preparation for a particular external certification shall be a mandatory refund criterion only where that requirement has been expressly identified in the student's course-specific enrollment schedule.

11

11. Post-Course Live Interview Practice

11.1. During the six-month placement-support period, MockAttempt shall make available at least one hour of live trainer-led interview practice on each scheduled placement-practice day, in accordance with the published support calendar.

11.2. Practice may include technical interviews, coding discussions, system design, project defence, behavioural interviews, HR interview preparation, communication skills, and discussion of feedback received from prospective employers.

11.3. MockAttempt shall communicate the trainer availability, booking procedure, session schedule, attendance-verification process, and rescheduling rules to eligible students.

11.4. Students shall attend scheduled interview-practice sessions, participate in good faith, attempt assigned interview exercises, and work on the feedback provided.

11.5. Students must attend at least 95% of scheduled post-course trainer-led practice sessions during the placement-support period, calculated by scheduled instructional minutes, subject to reasonable rescheduling and documented exceptions.

11.6. MockAttempt shall provide reasonable opportunities to reschedule missed sessions arising from illness, genuine technical issues, or other legitimate circumstances.

11.7. MockAttempt shall maintain records of sessions offered, bookings, attendance, rescheduling, and material student communications.

11.8. Where MockAttempt fails to make a promised practice session available, the resulting absence shall not be attributed to the student.

12

12. Placement Assistance and Job Opportunities

12.1. Upon successful course completion, MockAttempt shall provide placement assistance for a period of 180 calendar days.

12.2. Placement assistance may include resume preparation, portfolio and project review, interview preparation, employer introductions, job referrals, application guidance, recruitment-drive information, and sharing relevant vacancies.

12.3. MockAttempt commits to making available to each eligible student at least 100 distinct, relevant job opportunities during the six-month placement-support period.

12.4. For purposes of this commitment, a job opportunity must relate reasonably to the student's enrolled technical track, qualifications, skills, and disclosed employment preferences. Each opportunity must identify an actual employer or recruitment source and provide a usable application route or referral mechanism.

12.5. Duplicate listings, expired vacancies, repeated links to the same vacancy, and generic job-search advice shall not be counted as separate job opportunities.

12.6. MockAttempt shall maintain a record of the opportunities shared with each student, including the employer or source, role, date shared, relevant vacancy identifier or link where available, and the application or referral route.

12.7. The commitment to provide 100 job opportunities concerns access to relevant vacancies and associated placement assistance. It is not a promise of 100 interviews, 100 interview invitations, 100 employer shortlists, 100 offers, or employment with a specific employer.

12.8. Students shall provide accurate resumes, educational information, employment history, contact details, project records, and other reasonably required documents for placement assistance.

12.9. Students shall review relevant vacancies, apply within reasonable deadlines, respond to placement communications, attend scheduled employer interviews, complete legitimate recruitment assessments, and provide reasonable feedback concerning recruitment outcomes.

12.10. Where a student considers a role unsuitable because of a material discrepancy in the job description, compensation, location, work arrangement, eligibility criteria, or other relevant condition, the student may notify MockAttempt and provide the reason. The matter shall be reviewed reasonably and documented.

12.11. MockAttempt shall not represent a referral, an application, or an interview invitation as a confirmed job placement. Only a qualifying employment offer meeting Section 13 shall be treated as a placement outcome under this Policy.

12.12. If MockAttempt fails to provide a service expressly promised under this Section, that failure shall be reviewed under the grievance process and shall not, by itself, be used to disqualify a student from otherwise applicable statutory or contractual remedies.

13

13. Definition of a Qualifying Employment Offer

13.1. A “Qualifying Employment Offer” means a genuine written offer of paid employment or, where expressly included in the course-specific enrollment schedule, a paid internship, issued by a bona fide employer or authorised recruitment entity during the placement-support period.

13.2. The role must be reasonably related to the student's enrolled technical track and commensurate with the student's disclosed qualifications, experience level, and demonstrated competencies.

13.3. The offer must disclose the material employment terms, including the employer, role, principal responsibilities, compensation, employment arrangement, work location or work mode, and proposed joining date, to the extent applicable.

13.4. Any minimum compensation, permitted location, remote-working requirement, employment type, or other material job preference relied upon for determining suitability must be recorded in the course-specific enrollment schedule before enrollment is finalised.

13.5. Where a material job preference has not been recorded, suitability shall be assessed objectively using the student's disclosed background, the actual job responsibilities, the role's compensation and work conditions, and the applicable law.

13.6. A job referral, recruiter conversation, request to apply, interview invitation, or conditional recruitment lead shall not, by itself, constitute a Qualifying Employment Offer.

13.7. An offer shall not be treated as qualifying if it is fictitious, materially misrepresented, unlawful, unpaid where paid employment is required, or materially inconsistent with the applicable job-suitability conditions.

13.8. An offer withdrawn by the employer before the student has a reasonable opportunity to accept it shall not automatically defeat refund eligibility where the withdrawal was not caused by the student's conduct.

13.9. A student who declines a genuinely suitable offer without an objectively reasonable explanation may become ineligible for the placement-related refund commitment after a documented review. Valid reasons may include materially changed terms, material misrepresentation, unlawful or unsafe conditions, discrimination, or a material departure from the student's recorded employment requirements.

13.10. Any decision based on a declined offer must be communicated in writing with the relevant facts and reasons. A student may request a review through the grievance process in Section 17.

14

14. Student Cooperation During Placement Support

14.1. The student shall cooperate reasonably with MockAttempt's placement activities throughout the placement-support period.

14.2. Student responsibilities include:

  • a. maintaining accurate and current contact information;
  • b. submitting genuine and up-to-date employment documents;
  • c. attending scheduled practice sessions and interviews, subject to reasonable rescheduling;
  • d. responding to material placement communications within reasonable deadlines;
  • e. applying for reasonably suitable opportunities shared by MockAttempt or providing a genuine reason why a particular opportunity is unsuitable;
  • f. preparing honestly for employer assessments and interviews; and
  • g. providing accurate information about applications, interviews, offers, joining decisions, and recruitment outcomes.

14.3. Where a student repeatedly fails to cooperate in a material respect, MockAttempt shall ordinarily provide written notice describing the issue and allow at least seven calendar days to correct it or provide an explanation, where correction is reasonably possible.

14.4. A material eligibility decision shall be based on documented facts, the applicable enrollment terms, the seriousness of the non-compliance, and whether the student has had a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

14.5. Fraud, impersonation, fabricated assessment results, deliberate tampering with records, or other serious academic misconduct may result in a formal investigation and an eligibility decision consistent with the published terms and applicable law.

14.6. A minor procedural error, isolated justified absence, technical disruption, or good-faith disagreement over a job's suitability shall not automatically extinguish refund eligibility.

14.7. Nothing in this Section authorises MockAttempt to deny a refund merely because a student raises a genuine complaint or challenges an incorrect assessment or placement record.

15

15. Refund Eligibility and Refund Amount

15.1. A student shall qualify for the refund under this Policy where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • a. the student enrolled in a programme expressly covered by this Policy;
  • b. the student paid the applicable tuition fee to MockAttempt;
  • c. the student completed the course and satisfied the published academic, assessment, project, and attendance requirements;
  • d. the student complied materially with the applicable placement-cooperation requirements, subject to the exceptions and review procedures in this Policy;
  • e. no Qualifying Employment Offer was received during the 180-calendar-day placement-support period; and
  • f. the student has submitted the information reasonably required to verify the claim, subject to Section 16.

15.2. The refund amount shall equal 100% of the eligible tuition fees actually paid to MockAttempt for the applicable course, including applicable GST collected as part of that tuition fee.

15.3. No administrative fee, cancellation penalty, assessment fee, payment-gateway charge, or other deduction shall be applied to the eligible tuition-fee refund.

15.4. Fees paid directly by the student to an external certification provider or another independent third-party service provider are not amounts paid to MockAttempt and are excluded unless expressly included in the written course fee schedule.

15.5. Interest, financing charges, or fees independently imposed by a bank, lender, payment provider, or third party are not included in the refund amount unless expressly agreed or required by applicable law.

15.6. A refund shall not include payment for a separate product or service that was not part of the eligible course tuition and was expressly disclosed as a separate purchase before payment.

15.7. These exclusions shall not be used to reclassify tuition fees as separate charges after enrollment or to make an otherwise promised tuition-fee refund less than the amount stated in this Section.

15.8. The refund commitment is personal to the enrolled student and is not transferable to another person without MockAttempt's written consent.

15.9. A refund determination shall be based on the criteria disclosed at the time of enrollment, not on later changes to internal placement policies or business practices.

16

16. Refund Application and Processing Procedure

16.1. A student who has completed the 180-calendar-day placement-support period without receiving a Qualifying Employment Offer may submit a written refund application within 60 calendar days after the end of that period.

16.2. Email Format & Submission:

The application should be emailed to support@mockattempt.com with the exact subject line:

Refund Claim – Placement Support – Student Name – Enrollment ID

16.3. The application should include the student's name, enrollment ID, eligible course name, course completion date, payment reference, and any reasonably requested supporting information relating to placement-support participation.

16.4. MockAttempt shall acknowledge receipt of the refund application within two business days, wherever reasonably practicable.

16.5. MockAttempt shall review the application against the published eligibility criteria and available records. Where further information is reasonably necessary, MockAttempt shall identify the missing information and provide the student with a reasonable opportunity to supply it.

16.6. MockAttempt shall ordinarily communicate its decision within 10 business days after receiving a complete application.

16.7. Where the application is approved, the refund shall be initiated to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval, subject to any processing time imposed by the payment provider. MockAttempt shall communicate the refund reference or transaction details to the student.

16.8. Where the original payment method is unavailable, MockAttempt may request verified alternative payment details for processing the refund.

16.9. Where a refund is denied in whole or in part, MockAttempt shall provide a written explanation identifying the specific eligibility requirement relied upon and the material records supporting the decision.

16.10. A student may request reconsideration of a refund decision under Section 17. The internal grievance process shall not prevent the student from exercising remedies available under applicable law.

16.11. A late application may be considered where the student provides a reasonable explanation for the delay. The application deadline shall not operate to extinguish a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17

17. Grievance and Eligibility Review Procedure

17.1. A student may raise a complaint regarding attendance records, assessment scores, project evaluations, job suitability, placement support, or refund eligibility by emailing support@mockattempt.com.

17.2. The student should identify the decision being challenged, the relevant facts, and any supporting records reasonably available to them.

17.3. MockAttempt shall acknowledge the grievance within two business days, wherever reasonably practicable, and arrange a review by an appropriate person who was not solely responsible for the original disputed decision, where reasonably possible.

17.4. The reviewer shall consider the published terms, assessment records, attendance data, communications, applicable exceptions, and the student's explanation.

17.5. A reasoned written response should ordinarily be provided within 10 business days after the necessary information has been received.

17.6. Where further review is reasonably required, the student shall be informed of the reason for the additional review and the expected next procedural step.

17.7. Internal review shall not be used to delay a refund beyond the applicable contractual deadline without reasonable justification.

17.8. Nothing in this Section prevents a student from approaching an appropriate consumer-protection authority, consumer commission, or other competent authority in accordance with applicable law.

18

18. Assessment Integrity and Record Maintenance

18.1. MockAttempt shall maintain reasonable records of the student's course participation, assessments, projects, completion status, placement support, and refund application.

18.2. Students shall not falsify attendance, submit another person's work as their own, impersonate another candidate, manipulate assessment results, fabricate employment records, or knowingly provide false information to obtain a refund.

18.3. Where a material integrity concern arises, MockAttempt shall document the concern and provide the student with a reasonable opportunity to respond before making an adverse eligibility decision, except where immediate protective action is reasonably necessary.

18.4. Assessment and placement records shall be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy notice, contractual obligations, and data-protection requirements.

18.5. Personal information shall not be disclosed to prospective employers beyond what is reasonably necessary for placement assistance and permitted by the applicable privacy notice and valid consent requirements.

19

19. External Dependencies and Technical Interruptions

19.1. Some training activities, assessments, hosting facilities, domains, certification examinations, and recruitment processes may involve third-party platforms or service providers.

19.2. MockAttempt shall communicate material third-party dependencies and any relevant limitations that could reasonably affect the student's participation or completion requirements.

19.3. A temporary technical interruption affecting a MockAttempt-controlled assessment or scheduled training session shall be handled through reasonable rescheduling, an alternative assessment method, or another appropriate remedy.

19.4. A student shall not be penalised for a documented platform failure that materially prevents completion of a required activity.

19.5. External employer decisions may affect recruitment timelines and outcomes. However, the existence of third-party dependencies does not automatically release MockAttempt from its express obligations to provide the promised training, placement assistance, and refund processing.

20

20. Cancellation and Other Products

20.1. This Policy governs the conditional tuition-fee refund arrangement for eligible job-oriented IT training programmes.

20.2. Cancellation requests made before course commencement, withdrawal during training, deferral requests, transfers between courses, and refunds for courses not covered by this Policy shall be governed by the applicable separately disclosed cancellation or enrollment terms and applicable law.

20.3. Standalone mock-test subscriptions, assessment credits, software licences, source-code packages, custom software development services, and other separately purchased products are not covered by the placement-related refund commitment unless expressly stated in writing.

20.4. Any separate cancellation or refund terms shall be disclosed before purchase and shall not override a student's existing entitlement under this Policy or applicable law.

21

21. No Waiver of Statutory Rights

21.1. This Policy shall be interpreted consistently with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, applicable rules and regulations, and other applicable Indian laws.

21.2. Nothing in this Policy excludes liability for a material misrepresentation, a promised service not provided, a refund that is contractually or legally due, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21.3. Where a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law, without depriving a student of a non-excludable statutory protection.

21.4. No informal statement, unpublished internal rule, or unilateral amendment shall be relied upon to remove a refund entitlement already earned under the applicable enrollment terms.

22

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

22.1. This Policy and the applicable enrollment agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

22.2. The parties shall endeavour to resolve genuine disputes through the grievance procedure in Section 17.

22.3. If the matter remains unresolved, either party may pursue remedies before a competent court, consumer commission, or other appropriate forum in accordance with applicable law.

22.4. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as restricting a student's statutory right to approach an authority or forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

23

23. Final Confirmation

By enrolling in an eligible course, the student acknowledges having been provided access to the applicable course-specific enrollment schedule and refund eligibility criteria.

The conditional 100% tuition-fee refund commitment is available only for courses expressly designated as eligible and remains subject to the objective requirements and procedures set out in this Policy.

MockAttempt shall administer these requirements consistently, maintain relevant records, and honour qualifying refund claims in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.
