1. Scope, Corporate Identity & Applicability ("Career Assurance Covenant")
This Placement Guarantee & 6-Month Tuition Fee Refund Policy ("Policy") is issued by MockAttempt Academy Pvt. Ltd. (operating MockAttempt Tech Academy) and applies exclusively to students enrolled in MockAttempt Academy’s designated Flagship Placement-Guaranteed Master Career Programs (₹44,999 – ₹59,999 + 18% GST; Course Codes: JFSC, PFSC, NFSC, AWSM, SREM, and GAIF). Specialized skill-track courses (₹1,999 – ₹9,999 + 18% GST) are governed by the standard 7-day early-cohort refund window.
2. Definition of Contractual "Placement Guarantee" & Full Performance Discharge
For complete legal clarity and transparency, "100% Placement Guaranteed*" means MockAttempt Academy’s binding post-graduation commitment to curate, refer, notify, or facilitate access to at least One Hundred (100) relevant IT / Software / Cloud / AI job openings, hiring drives, corporate referrals, or employer interview opportunities on the Student Placement Portal / registered email / WhatsApp within Six (6) calendar months (180 days) from the student’s Verified Graduation Date ("Placement Window"). MockAttempt Academy’s Placement Guarantee obligation stands 100% fulfilled and legally discharged the moment either: (a) 100 qualifying relevant job openings have been shared/made available to the candidate within the 180-day Placement Window, OR (b) the candidate receives at least one (1) full-time IT job offer or paid tech-internship-to-hire offer (whether accepted or declined by the candidate), whichever occurs earlier.
3. Mandatory Academic & Assessment Eligibility Gates (Strict Pre-Conditions)
To activate the 6-Month Placement Window and Fee Refund eligibility, the student must strictly satisfy ALL of the following verifiable LMS milestones within the scheduled cohort timeline: (a) Maintain at least 85% live online session attendance with camera/screen-share participation; (b) Submit and achieve mentor-verified completion on 100% of all assigned Topic Tasks, Coding Assignments, Real-Repository Module Capstones, and the End-of-Course Live Client Production Project using original, non-plagiarized, non-AI-ghostwritten code committed by the student; (c) Achieve a verified score of at least 90.00% in EVERY single Topic Mock Test (50-MCQ) and EVERY single Spoken Voice + Gemini AI Technical Interview across the entire curriculum (students scoring below 90% are granted unlimited LMS re-attempts during the cohort to reach the ≥90% benchmark); and (d) Clear 100% of tuition fees / EMI installments on or before due dates with zero payment defaults or chargebacks.
4. Mandatory Candidate Placement Participation & Conduct Rules
Throughout the 180-day Placement Window following Verified Graduation, the candidate must actively cooperate with the Placement & Corporate Relations Cell by: (a) Applying to at least 95% of curated job openings shared by MockAttempt Academy within 48 hours of notification with an Academy-approved resume and public GitHub portfolio; (b) Attending 100% of scheduled employer assessments, coding rounds, technical interviews, and HR rounds punctually with zero unexcused "no-shows", ghosting, or unprofessional conduct; (c) Maintaining work-location flexibility across major Indian IT hubs (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, NCR, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad) as well as remote/hybrid roles; and (d) Passing standard employer background verification (BGV) with accurate academic and identity documents. Missing even one scheduled employer interview without 48-hour medical proof, declining an interview/offer, or failing to apply to curated openings immediately voids refund eligibility while standard placement assistance continues in good faith.
5. Net Tuition Refund Calculation, Claim Window & Exclusions
In the sole event that a student has satisfied 100% of Clauses 3 and 4 and MockAttempt Academy fails to provide at least 100 relevant job openings within 180 days from Verified Graduation (and the student has not secured an employment offer through any channel during that period), the student may submit a written refund audit request within fifteen (15) calendar days after Day 180. Upon LMS & Placement Portal log verification, MockAttempt Academy shall refund 100% of the Net Tuition Fee received (excluding non-recoverable statutory GST, government taxes, and third-party payment gateway / NBFC EMI subvention charges) within 30 business days to the original payment source. Force majeure macroeconomic freezes, false declarations, credential sharing, or academic plagiarism permanently forfeit all claims. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts and sole arbitration seat in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
