Shortlisted candidates will be on Probation for one year from the date of joining. This probation period is applicable for the posts of Deputy Manager (Systems) across various specializations, including Project Management & Delivery, Infra Support & Cloud Operations, Networking Operations, IT Architect, and Information Security, During this probation period, their performance will be continuously assessed, and confirmation in the services of the Bank under the Specialist Cadre will depend on meeting the Bank’s assessment standards. No indemnity bond is applicable for these positions.

In contrast, candidates selected for the Assistant Manager (System) position at JMGS-I grade will be required to execute a bond or undertaking at the time of joining. This bond will be for a value of Rs. 2.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs only), plus applicable GST, committing to serve the Bank for a minimum of five years.

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ SBI SCO Eligibility Criteria 2025 is important for the SBI Specialist Cadre Officers in the Wealth Management Business Unit of SBI. • Required Mandatory SBI SO Experience: As per the SBI SCO Eligibility, a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales & marketing with any leading Public/Private/Foreign Bank/Wealth Management Firm/AMC is required.
• Desirable SBI SO Experience: Under the SBI SCO Eligibility Criteria post-qualification experience of at least 6 years as a Relationship Manager or a similar role, preferably in Wealth Management is considered.
• AVP Wealth (Relationship Manager) - SBI SO Experience
• Mandatory SBI SO Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales & marketing with any of the leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Wealth Management Firms/AMCs. OR SBI Wealth CREs with 4 years of experience are eligible for the SBI SCO.
• Preferred SBI SO Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Relationship Manager or a similar role, preferably in the field of Wealth Management, is the first preference for the SBI SO Eligibility.
• Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) - SBI SCO Skills & Experience
• Essential Skill for SBI SCO Eligibility: The candidate must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Work Experience: No mandatory requirement of SBI SO Experience but preference will be given to the candidate with such experience. Those candidates who are well-versed with the documentation requirements of financial products and have good communication skills will be given preference as per the SBI SCO Eligibility Criteria.
