Paper I of the Kerala SET Exam focuses on General Knowledge and Aptitude, providing a common platform for all candidates. • Paper II focuses on the candidates area of specialization at the post-graduation level and consists of 120 questions.

• Aspirants must have acquired a Masters Degree in the Subject concerned with not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade.
• A Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) Degree in any discipline from any one of the Universities in Kerala or have acquired these qualifications from any other University recognized as equivalent.
• Candidates possessing educational qualifications in the subjects other than those mentioned in the details of the Concerned Subject List should furnish an Equivalency / Eligibility certificate obtained from any one of the Universities in Kerala.
