The selection process for **JAIIB Exam** is conducted in the following stages:\n1. **Written Online Examination (CBT)**: Qualifying objective test.\n2. **Skill Test / Physical Test**: (For specific posts like Clerk or Constable).\n3. **Document Verification**: Detailed check of academic qualifications and category certificates.\n4. **Medical Fitness Test**: Standard government medical examination.

The recruitment written exam covers:\n- **General Intelligence & Reasoning**: Verbal and non-verbal reasoning, series, coding-decoding, puzzles.\n- **Quantitative Aptitude**: Arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation.\n- **General English**: Vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, error spotting.\n- **General Awareness**: Current affairs, Indian history, geography, polity, and general science.

• Employees who are already working and are a part of the banking and finance sector can apply for the JAIIB exam.
• Candidates must have passed the 12th standard or its equivalent in any discipline. Candidates belonging to the clerk or supervisory cadre of the banking sector can also register for the JAIIB exam. Besides, recommendations from the manager or officer-in-charge for candidates who are not 12th pass or its equivalent are also accepted.
• Members of the IIBF are also eligible to appear for the JAIIB exam.

To be eligible for recruitment through **JAIIB Exam**, candidates must meet the following official criteria:\n- **Educational Qualification**: Must possess a **Graduation** in a relevant field.\n- **Age Limit**: Candidates must be between **18 and 30 years** of age. Standard age relaxations apply for OBC, SC, ST, and PwD categories as per government rules.

Candidates have to pass the JAIIB exam within 3 years from the time they register. During these 3 years, they can try the exam up to 5 times. If someone is not able to pass the exam within these attempts or within 3 years, they will have to register again as a new candidate. In that case, any subjects they passed before will not be counted, and they will need to take all the exams again.
