HARCO Bank Clerks get reimbursement of various prerequisites such as Gratuity, Provident fund, Leave fare, medical, and other facilities as per norms set by the Haryana Government.

Below are some of the allowances provided to clerks of HARCO Bank issued by the Haryana Government.

• Dearness Allowance (DA): It is revised every six months, the current DA is 12% of Basic Pay.
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): It depends on the city in which the candidates are posted.

Candidates applying for HARCO bank recruitment must fulfill all the required eligibility criteria. Candidates must be a citizen of India and according to the post they should meet the eligibility of educational qualification for different posts as stated below:

| Senior Accountant | Graduation with minimum 55% marks in Commerce or Science with Math or BA with Math or Economics with 3 years of experience OR <br> Minimum of 50% marks in M.Com or MA with Math or Economics |

| Assistant Manager/ Development Officer | Minimum 60% marks in Graduation in science with Math/ Arts with Economics or Math/ Commerce/B.Tech. |

OR

Post Graduate in Maths or Economics or Commerce or Business Administration or Engineering with Minimum 55% marks either in Graduation or Post Graduation or Chartered Accountant with Minimum 55% marks. 

OR

50% marks in Post Graduation in Economics or Maths or Commerce with CAIIB. 

OR

Master in Banking and Insurance Management with 60% marks

The candidate must be a citizen of India. Any Indian citizen fulfilling all the HARCO Bank eligibility criteria can appear for the HARCO Bank examination 2024.

10 marks will be allocated for socio-economic criteria according to the following table:

Marks for experience shall be allocated. The maximum marks that can be awarded are 8 half mark for each year or a part can be awarded on exceeding six months of experience out of a maximum of sixteen years. No marks will be allocated to employees on the same or a higher post in any authority position of the Government of Haryana for any period of fewer than six months.
