The Federal Bank Clerk annual package ranges from INR 3.99 Lakhs per annum to INR 4.41 Lakhs per annum depending upon the place of postings and other factors.

• Candidates selected as Clerks will be on probation for a period of 6 months.
• During the probation period, the candidates will get familiar with the duties and responsibilities along with the working requirements associated with the Federal Bank Clerk post.
• The selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Agreement upon joining the Bank undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum of 2 years or to pay the Bank a sum of INR 30,000/- in case the candidate leaves the Bank before completion of the service period.
