Daman and Diu PRT Exam Details 2026

The EPFO decides the Daman and Diu PRT salary based on the pay scale, benefits, perks, and other allowances. The annual salary for this position will be decided as per Pay Matrix Level 6.

Depending on the requirements of their work, each applicant selected for the Daman and Diu PRT post will also get additional remuneration in addition to the basic pay, including the following:

• Dearness Allowances
• House Rent Allowances
• Medical Facilities
• Employees Pension Scheme
• Traveling Allowances
• Other Allowances

Every new employee by the organization will receive the Daman and Diu PRT Pay Slip each month. The salary slip contains information such as basic pay, gross salary, net salary, deductions, allowances, and so on. The maximum age of the applicant must not exceed 30 years. As per the official notification, the upper age limit will be relaxed for the reserved category candidates as detailed below:

• UR/EWS: 30 years
• OBC: 33 years
• SC/ST: 35 years
• PwBD: 40 years

Candidates applying for the Daman and Diu Primary Teacher Recruitment must have the following qualifications:

• Senior Secondary (Or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by Whatever name known)

Or

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 year diploma in Elementary education (By whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulation 2002.

Or

• Senior Secondary (or Its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education ( B. El. Ed)

Or

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year diploma in Education (Special Education)

And

• Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

Candidates willing to secure the Daman and Diu PRT post must be Indian Nationals when applying for the post.

The U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu has not released any limit on the number of attempts to appear in the Daman and Diu PRT Recruitment. Candidates can apply until they cross their maximum age limit as per the category and other eligibility conditions.
