The candidates will be paid BPSC AAO salary according to the Level 7 of the 7th Pay Commission specified by the Government of India. The salary is expected to include a grade pay of INR 4,600 apart from the basic BPSC Assistant Audit Officer Salary offered.

Initially, a BPSC Assistant Audit Officer Salary per month of INR 44,900/- will be granted to the selected candidates. Thus, the annual package totals to INR 5,38,000/-.

The BPSC Assistant Audit Officer Salary is distributed in accordance with Level 7 of the 7th Pay Commission. The recruited candidates will be granted an in-hand salary of INR 44,900/- including a grade pay of INR 4,600/-.

The candidates will have to undergo a probation period of 2 yeaINR In the probation period, the candidate will have to obtain training and pass departmental examinations. It has a pre-confirmation training of 9 months.

The period will consist of 3 months of theoretical training and 6 months of practical training. If the candidate fails to satisfy the commission with his/ her services, then the probation period may be extended. Even if in the extended period, the service is not found satisfactory, such employee may be removed from Service.

The selected candidates will be eligible for promotion after acquiring good experience in their area of work. Their performance during the probation period will also serve as a contributing factor in career growth. Candidates appointed on probation will have to pass the Departmental Examination for confirmation and promotion to the higher pay scale of Senior Auditor. The candidates will be granted promotion only after the completion of a minimum 10 years in service and passing the Departmental Exams.
