The posts annual pay ranges from Rs. 4.3 Lakhs to Rs. 7.6 Lakhs. All the selected candidates will also be entitled to various allowances, raises, and benefits etc.

Along with the basic salary, every candidate selected for the Bank of India PO post will receive certain set of perks and allowances applicable as per their post:

The Bank of India PO Salary Slip will be issued to all the employees working under the commission every month. The salary slip contains details like basic pay, gross salary, net salary, deductions, allowances, etc. This document can be used for various work-related purposes i.e. proof of employment, applying for loans, income tax benefits, etc.

During the training period (PGDBF) of one year, in the first three trimesters i.e. Training period at institute, stipend of Rs.2500/- per month and during the last trimester, stipend of Rs.15,000/-per month will be paid to the candidate. After successful completion of course, candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of Junior Management Grade Scale- Rs. 36000- 63840.

Candidates selected as an Officer in JMGS-I on regular basis will be required to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- as security deposit refundable after 3 years of satisfactory service (the said amount shall be forfeited in case he/she leaves the Bank before completion of 3 years).

• Candidates should indicate the percentage obtained in Graduation calculated to the nearest two decimals in the online application. Where CGPA / OGPA is awarded, the same should be converted into percentage and indicate the same in online application. The fraction of percentage will be ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60% and 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%.
• Calculation of Percentage: The percentage marks shall be determined as per norms of respective Universities.
• Candidates who were holding the similar post in Bank of India in the past are not eligible, hence need not apply.
• Candidates ready to work anywhere in India should apply.

There is no experience required as such for the said post.

Candidates willing to secure the Bank of India PO post must be Indian Nationals when applying for the post.
