Bank of Baroda PO In-Hand Salary 2024 (Expected)
The Bank of Baroda PO Salary structure attracts a lot of applicants for recruitment. The pay scale is INR 23700-980 x 7/30560-1145 x 2/32850-1310 x 7/42020.
Also, the BOB PO will receive the basic pay of INR 23,700/- and after one year, he/she will get an increment of INR 980. This increment will be done 7 times till the basic pay reaches INR 30,560.
After which the candidate will be eligible to receive an increment of INR 1,145 for two more years After they reach a salary of INR 32,850, then after the two years, the increment will increase to INR 1310 for the next 7 years till their salary reaches INR 42,020/-.

- The selected candidates will have to undergo a nine months campus program and on the successful completion of the course, the candidates will be awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Banking and Finance.
- On successful completion of the PostGraduate Certificate course, the candidate would be offered an appointment in the Bank as PO in JMG/S-I and can be posted anywhere in India as per the decision of the Bank.
- Immediately after joining, the candidates will have to undergo a three months Work Integrated Learning (WIL) in the form of On the Job Training at any branch of Bank of Baroda which will lead to the award of a Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance by Manipal university.
- The course is extendable to a further 18 months of blended learning which is optional for the students and which will lead to the award of an MBA in Banking and Finance from Manipal University.
