The minimum age of the applicants must be 18 years, whereas the maximum age limit is 42 years as on 01.01.2026 (as per G.O.Ms. No.109). However, relaxation in the upper age limit is granted to candidates belonging to the reserved categories as per the laid rules of the government of Andhra Pradesh:
- SC, ST, BC, and EWS Categories: 5 years of age relaxation.
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years of age relaxation.
