No candidate shall be hired for the post of Allahabad High Court Computer Assistant if they are found in an unfit physical or mental state that disallows them from performing their job roles efficiently. Candidates will have to produce a medical certificate of physical fitness from the Chief Medical Officer, and in the absence thereof, concerned Authority equivalent thereto as decided by The Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

All the candidates applying for the Allahabad High Court Computer Assistant job profile must be

• Indian residents

OR

• Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1972, with the intention of permanently settling in India

OR

• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Ceylon, and East African Countries of Tanzania (formerly Tanganayika and Zanzibar) with the intention of permanently settling in India.

A candidate can take an infinite number of attempts at the Allahabad High Court Computer Assistant examination. However, this infinite number of attempts is subjected to only until the candidate reaches his or her upper age limit of 35 years and fulfills all the other Allahabad High Court Computer Assistant eligibility criteria.

Any male candidate who has more than one wife living or a female candidate who has married a male already having a wife shall not be considered eligible for this role.
