UPMRC JE Salary Slips will be provided to all the employees working under the corporation every month. The pay slip consists of details like basic pay, gross salary, net salary, deductions, allowances, etc. This pay slip can be used for various work-related purposes i.e. proof of employment, applying for loans, income tax benefits, etc.

The in- hand salary of UPMRC JE received by the employees is given as per the guidelines of the commission. The eligible candidate will receive a salary in the pay scale of Rs. 33,000- Rs.67,300 after joining the post as well as you are entitled to receive perks and benefits as amended by the corporation from time to time.

• The selected candidates on appointment will be on Probation for a period of two years (including period of training), where they will undergo intensive training for prescribed duration.
• The candidate selected for JE(Civil), JE(Electrical), JE(S&T), posts will have to execute a surety bond of Rs.1,50,000/- to serve the corporation for a minimum period of three years and also a three months prior notice or leave salary in lieu of short notice period, will be required before seeking resignation from the corporation.
• After the successful completion of the probation period, candidates are likely to be confirmed in LMRC on a permanent basis.

The minimum age is 21 years whereas the maximum age limit is 28 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed for the reserved category candidates as per the Govt rules.

• Upper age relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh for reserved posts only. If any SC/ST/OBC/ candidate avails benefit of age relaxation, he will be considered against Reserved post only.
• For Executive posts (post codes E01 to E04) (For departmental candidates), the maximum age relaxation:

UR – by 5 years, OBC – by 8 years & SC/ST – by 10 years

• For Non-Executive posts (postcodes NE01 to NE06), the upper-age limit of the employee is:

UR – 40 years, OBC – 43 years & SC/ST – 45 years

Candidates willing to secure the UPMRC JE post must be Indian Nationals when applying for the post.

The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) has not released any limit on the number of attempts to appear in the UPMRC JE Recruitment. Candidates can apply till they cross their maximum age limit as per the category and other eligibility conditions.
