• The candidates selected for the post shall be placed on training cum probation for a period of 2 years which includes 1 year of training. At the time of joining the post, they will have to submit their original certificates like Date of Birth (SSC), ITI Certificate, Caste and Study/Residence Certificate, etc.
• During the training cum probation period, the candidates will receive a salary in the initial pay scale with usual allowances admissible at the place of posting.
• At the time of joining the post, the candidates shall have to execute the bond to serve TSSPDCL for a minimum period of 5 years in addition to two year training cum probation period.
• If a candidate leaves the company during the training period of one year, then they will have to refund the emoluments received at the said period plus Rs 30.000 for liquidated damages
• In case, a candidate leaves the company without serving the minimum period of six years after completing the training, then they have to pay the company a sum of Rs 50,000 for liquidated damages.
