The TSPSC Polytechnic Lecturer annual package of the post will be decided by the commission. The initial annual package will range between Rs 6.0 lakhs to 6.40 lakhs per annum, The selected candidates may also receive certain allowances, raises, and incentives upon completion of the probation period.

The TSPSC Polytechnic Lecturer In-Hand Salary is offered to employees as per the prescribed guidelines. The candidates placed in Level 9 A will be paid a salary in the pay scale of Rs 56,100- Rs 1,77,500 and entry pay shall be Rs 56,100. The candidates placed in Level 10 will be paid a salary in the pay scale of Rs.57,700 - Rs.1,82,400 and entry pay shall be Rs.57,700/-.

All the successful candidates selected for the TSPSC Polytechnic Lecturer post will undergo probation for a certain time period from the date of joining the post.
