The TNPSC Group 4 One Time Registration remains valid for a period of 5 years from the date of registration. It is essential for aspirants to carefully fill out the form and submit it before the TNPSC Group 4 last date to apply 2025 to avoid disqualification or late submission issues.
Step 1. One Time Registration on the TNPSC Website
This step is only for candidates who have not done the TNPSC One Time Registration. Visit the TNPSC online commission website. Go to the 'One Time Registration' page under the 'Recruitments' tab. Click on 'One Time Registration and Dashboard'. Click 'New Registration'. Enter the details and complete the one-time registration.
Step 2: Fill out the TNPSC Group 4 Application Form

TNPSC Group 4 Application Fee 2025
For the TNPSC Group 4 Application Fee 2025, candidates are required to pay a one-time registration fee of Rs. 150, which is valid for a period of five years. Candidates who have already completed this registration previously are not required to register again. In addition to the registration fee, an examination fee of Rs. 100 is applicable specifically for the TNPSC Group 4 exam.
TNPSC Group 4 Eligibility 2025

- For the post of Village Development Officer, Guard, Forest Guard with Driving Licence, Forest Watcher, and Forest Watcher, the age limit is 21 to 32 years.
- For other posts, the age limit is 18 - 32 years.
- For most of the posts, the minimum educational qualification required is that a candidate must have cleared the S.S.L.C State examination or its equivalent from a Higher Secondary School. However, candidates must check the post-wise qualification from the notification before applying for the exam.
- For posts such as Typist and Steno-Typist, a candidate must have passed the Government Technical Examination for Typewriting.
- The aspirants should possess adequate knowledge in Tamil.
