The commission decides the TNPSC Group 3 salary as per the pay scale, benefits, perks, and other allowances. The annual package for the post will be around Rs. 2.4 lakhs to Rs. 9.0 lakhs.

Each candidate selected for the TNPSC Group 3 position will also get a basic salary as well as a set of benefits and allowances that are appropriate to their position:

Each month, all employees who are employed by the commission will get the TNPSC Group 3 Salary Slip. • Registration, General Administration & Liquidation of the Cooperative societies.
• Inspections, Audit and Supervision of Co-operative societies.

• Organization and over all Development of Cooperative Societies.

• Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
• Managing and training store staff.
• keep stock of inventory and manage all operations in the store.

The selected candidates will be on probation for a certain time frame after joining the TNPSC Group 3 post. Candidates will be evaluated based on their performance and work ethics during the probationary term. The minimum age is 18 years whereas the maximum age limit is 32 years as on 01 July, 2022. As per the official notification, the upper age limit will be relaxed for the reserved category candidates as per the Govt rules.

Provided that other things being equal, preference shall be given to the candidates possessing such qualifications and in such order as specified below: -

• Higher Diploma in Co-operative Management awarded by the Natesan Institute of Co-operative Management, Madras or Institute of Co-operative Management, Madurai.

Note:

The qualification / higher qualification claimed to have possessed over and above the prescribed qualification for this post should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the order of studies viz., 10th + HSC or its equivalent +U.G. degree.
