The candidates who want to apply for the Rajasthan High Court Group D post must be citizens of India/ citizen of Nepal/ be a subject of Bhutan. Moreover, the candidate must also have to provide valid necessary documents at the time of the document verification round for the post of Rajasthan High Court Group D.

Note: Provided that a candidate belonging to Nepal and Bhutan shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

The aspirants are free to take as many attempts at the exam as they like until they attain the upper age limit and fulfill all the other Rajasthan High Court Group D Eligibility criteria.

In the notification released by the Rajasthan High Court (RHC), it is mentioned that the candidate does not require any prior experience to be eligible to apply for the post of the Rajasthan High Court Group D.

The applicant must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical or mental defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of his duties as a member of the Service. They will have to produce a certificate to this effect from a medical authority notified for the purpose by the recruiting authority.

The character of a candidate for direct recruitment to the Service must be such as to qualify him for employment in the Service. He will have to submit two such certificates of good character written not more than six months before the date of submission of application from two responsible persons not related to him.
