PNB Apprentice Exam Details 2026

Candidates selected for PNB Apprentice Recruitment 2026 will receive a fixed monthly stipend for the full one-year training period. Apprentices posted in metro city branches will be paid ₹15,000 per month, while those posted in rural, semi-urban, and urban branches will receive ₹12,300 per month. The stipend amount will remain the same throughout the training. During this period, apprentices will not be eligible for DA, HRA, medical facilities, or any other employee-related allowances. Only the monthly stipend will be provided for the duration of the apprenticeship.

Candidates selected under different branch categories will receive a monthly salary slip. It will include salary deductions offered to employees. The salary slip is an important document for employees. You can use this to get loans and for other personal reasons as well.
