At last Viva Voce for the candidates who passed the first 3 processes. And after Viva-Voce performance, candidates are allotted the post.

• The exam is of objective type
• There is 0.5 negative marking
• Duration is 2 hours
• Candidates shall secure not less than 33% (Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe) & 40% (Others)

The Main Written Examination is divided into three sections: a Language Test in English and Odia, a Translation Test, and a General Awareness/Reasoning Test. The exam carries a total of 300 marks and spans 5 hours in duration.

The Language Test is qualifying in nature, and candidates must secure minimum marks to have their other papers evaluated. Candidates who pass this stage based on aggregate marks and category-wise minimum marks in each paper will proceed to the Computer Application Test.

Candidates who are selected from the written exam stages will be called in for the Viva-Voce test. This round will be conducted for 40 marks. Marks secured in this test shall be added to the marks obtained in the Written Examination to prepare a final merit list. The names of the candidates will not be included in the Merit List, unless such candidates secure a minimum of 40% of marks in the Viva-Voce Test.
