The annual package for the Odisha Police Sub-Inspector in 2025 is estimated to be around Rs. 4,24,800. This figure is derived by multiplying the monthly salary of approximately Rs. 35,400 by 12 months. The monthly salary is based on a pay band ranging from Rs. 9,300 to Rs. 34,800, along with a grade pay of Rs. 4,200, in accordance with Cell-1 of Level-9 in the Pay Matrix of the Odisha Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 2017.
