To be eligible for the NPCIL Assistant Grade 1 position, candidates must be between 21 and 28 years old. They must possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university. There is no limit on the number of attempts for the exam, provided candidates remain within the age limit. Additionally, candidates should have completed a certificate course of less than six months on MS Windows Operating System and desktop applications like MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), email management, and internet surfing. However, this requirement is waived for candidates who have studied computer science or computer applications as part of their school or college curriculum.
