NABARD Grade B Age limit
For the post of Grade B (RDBS) manager at the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, only the candidates falling within the mentioned age group would be eligible to apply for the examination. Any candidate applying for the examination must have all the required Age Proof documents. Any candidate applying for relaxation in age must have all the original and authentic documents issued by the Government of India or any such respective authority to avail the benefit. Failing to furnish required documents might result in the cancellation of the application.

NABARD Grade B Age Relaxation
Relaxation in the upper age limit applies to candidates belonging to reserved categories. To know more about age relaxation, refer to the table below:

NABARD Grade B Educational Qualification
Any candidate applying for the position of the NABARD Grade B (RBDS) must have completed their post-graduation degree.
Post Graduate degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate. Candidates should have a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation and PG, MBA/PGDM at all levels OR a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, and a professional degree, viz., CA/CS/ICWA OR a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG and Ph.D.
For institutions where class/percentage of marks are not awarded and instead Aggregate Grade Points (e.g. CGPA/OGPA/CPI, etc.) is allotted to students, the following would be considered:
- In case a University/Institute defines criteria for conversion of Aggregate Grade Point into Class and/or percentage of marks, the same will be accepted.
- In case University/Institute does not define criteria for conversion of Aggregate Grade Point into Class and/or percentage of marks, applicants might refer to the following table for conversion of Aggregate Grade Points:

Scribe Information for NABARD Grade B Exam
Visually impaired candidates and candidates whose writing speed is adversely affected permanently however can take the help of their own scribe at their cost during the online examination. NABARD has provided some rules for cases where a scribe is used:
- The scribe must be arranged by candidates with his/her own cost.
- The scribe arranged by the candidate should not be a candidate who has applied for the same examination. Violation of this would result in the cancellation of the candidature of both candidates and the scribe would be canceled. Candidates who are eligible for and wish to use a scribe should mention so while filling up the online application form. NABARD also states that any subsequent request would not be entertained.
- A person cannot act as a scribe for more than one candidate.
- The scribe could also be from any academic stream. For posts in disciplines aside from "General", the scribe should be from a tutorial stream aside from that prescribed for the post.
- Both the scribe and therefore the candidate needs to provide an appropriate undertaking confirming that the scribe fulfills all the stipulated eligibility criteria for a scribe mentioned above.

Guidelines for Candidates with Locomotor Disability and Cerebral Palsy
An extra compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour or otherwise advised shall be permitted to the applicants where dominant (writing) extremity is affected to the extent of slowing the performance of function (minimum of 40% impairment).
Guidelines for Visually Impaired Candidates
All visually impaired candidates who suffer from not less than 40% of disability would be granted permission by the board to view the contents of the test in a magnified font. The same candidates will be eligible for a compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour or otherwise advised of examination.

NABARD Grade B Work Experience
Minimum 03 years’ experience (SC/PWBD - 02 years) in related sectors viz., Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied and Rural Development is essential. Experience will be reckoned post minimum educational qualification (i.e. PG).
Are NABARD Grade B Managers Eligible for Perks & Additional Benefits?
Newly recruited officers for the post of NABARD Grade B Managers are eligible for all perks as recommended by the 7th Pay Commission. In addition to the basic salary, they will be getting special allowances like Dearness allowance, House rent allowance, grade allowance, local compensatory allowance, etc.
They are also viable to receive bank-sponsored accommodation, expenses for maintenance of vehicles used for official purposes, Reimbursement of expenses for newspapers, OPD consultation, etc also apply as per eligibility.

NABARD Grade B Managers In Hand Salary Per Month
The in-hand salary will be calculated taking into account the tax, EPF, and other applicable deductions. The basic salary as per the official notification is Rs. 35,150/-, in accordance with NABARD Grade B Job Profile. The in-hand salary will be credited after applying income tax, EPF and other deductions.
NABARD Grade B Salary Slip
NABARD Grade B Salary slip will contain the details like basic salary, tax deductions, net salary and other related details. This salary slip will be an important document while availing of loans. It will also become a slip to be proud of - the fruits of years of hard work and dedication.
NABARD Grade B Managers Probation Period
Candidates who successfully clear all the phases of the examination will be initially appointed as Probation Officers for a period of two years. The bank may also extend this probation period.
It is like a training period for the newly appointed officers. It will give them a chance to know the work processes and other important details about the job. Based on their performance in the probation, the officers will be appointed to various positions and locations.
