The annual MAHAGENCO AE Salary package is expected to range from an average of Rs. 8 Lakhs to Rs. 9 Lakhs as per the official notification. The selected candidates will also be eligible for allowances and incentives in addition to a monthly salary once their probation period is over.

The candidates who will be appointed for the  MAHAGENCO AE post will receive a set of allowances along with the basic salary as prescribed by the  Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited ( MAHAGENCO). The following benefits will be available to candidates:

According to the official notification issued by MAHAGENCO, the in-hand MAHAGENCO AE Salary includes basic pay and allowances. Candidates selected for the MAHAGENCO AE position are expected to receive a monthly salary of Rs. 60,000 to 68,000 per month approx. The candidate would be entitled to other allowances once the probationary period is over.

The MAHAGENCO will provide 52 weeks of initial training as "Graduate Engineer Trainees" to candidates chosen for the position of "Assistant Engineer." The "Graduate Engineer Trainees" would receive honoraria of Rs. 22,000 per month during the training duration. Following training, the chosen candidate must work obligatorily at any thermal power plant owned or operated by MAHAGENCO for the first three years.

The chosen candidate is required to sign a bond for Rs. 5,00,000/- promising not to leave the company before serving for 5 years. Thereafter they stand a chance to be hired on a permanent basis with  MAHAGENCO.

After completing the training period, the candidates will be hired as MAHAGENCO AE on a permanent basis and will earn all of the allowances related to the  MAHAGENCO AE job. Promotion and wage increases are dependent on the candidates work ethic, work profile, seniority, and overall performance. Once promoted to higher positions, they will be entitled to a larger annual package and allowances.
