Educational Qualification (Expected)

Scribe
- The JKSSB Patwari applicants who possess physical disabilities are subjected to receive permission to avail a scribe.
- The posts may be declared as identified for additional disabilities per the provisions of the “Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
- The persons with benchmark disabilities have to produce a certificate to the effect that the person concerned has physical limitations to write, and a scribe is essential to write the examination on his/ her behalf from a specialist doctor working in a Government Health Institution duly countersigned by the concerned Medical Superintendent in this regard.
- The candidates with benchmark disabilities opting for their scribe shall be required to submit details of their scribe. In addition, the scribe has to produce a valid ID proof in original at the time of examination.
- The candidate who wants to appear as a scribe must have an academic qualification less than Graduation.
- This will be valid only if the prescribed minimum qualification is Graduation for the post the candidate appears for the exam.
