Stipend During Training
The candidates who are successful in the IGCAR Stipendiary Trainee Exam will be entitled to receive the following stipend during the training.

IGCAR Stipendiary Trainee Training Period
The candidates who will be successful in clearing the IGCAR Stipendiary Trainee Cut Off will be put on the training of two years at Kalappakam. The training period will be further divided into 6 months of classroom training and 18 months of training on-site. Upon completion of training, the candidate’s performance will be evaluated by the board and three parameters as mentioned below will be checked.

Bond Obligation
The candidates selected finally as an IGCAR Stipendiary Trainee will be required to execute a bond that they will work with the organization for at least 3 years. Upon failing to which the candidates will be required to pay an aggregate stipend collected by the candidate during training or bond value.
