HSSC ALM Annual Package

Once you successfully clear the HSSC ALM examination, you will be entitled to a lucrative salary structure along with other allowances as decided upon by the government from time to time. Candidates who successfully clear all the stages are eligible to receive the official annual salary package as decided upon by the Commission. The annual salary structure of a HSSC ALM ranges around Rs.3 lakhs.

HSSC ALM In-Hand Salary

The monthly in-hand HSSC ALM salary of a candidate after scoring more than the HSSC ALM cut off marks ranges at around Rs.25,500/-. This official figure of the monthly in-hand salary is decided upon by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission and is subject to change once the candidate completes his or her training and the compulsory probationary period and receives promotion or salary increment.

HSSC ALM Salary Slip

The salary slip for every appointed candidate is released every month by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission so that every employee is updated about their salary structure including several reductions (if applicable) and addition of other allowances. This monthly salary slip is very important and must be kept accessible at all times because it proves to be extremely useful if a candidate is looking to avail of personal loans, home loans or for other personal purposes.

HSSC ALM Probation Period

The probation period is the time that candidates have to serve as an employee to become a permanent employee in the department. The HSSC ALM can experience the additional perks, allowances, and bonuses after the probation period. The details of the probation period are not yet specified by the Commission. HSSC ALM Career Growth and Promotion

HSSC ALM Educational Qualification

All the candidates appearing for the HSSC ALM examination must have the following educational qualifications required for the post:

  • Matric with 2 years ITI course in Electrician/ Electronics/Wireman trade or Lineman & Electrician (Maintenance & Repair of Electrical and Domestic Appliances) with a minimum 60% marks (55% marks of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile)

OR

  • Full-Time Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category/ (55% marks of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile).

Physical Fitness

No candidate shall be hired for the post of HSSC ALM if they are found in an unfit physical or mental state that disallows them from performing their job roles efficiently. Candidates might have to produce a medical certificate of physical fitness. More information regarding this will soon be uploaded.

Nationality

All the candidates applying for the HSSC ALM job profile must be Indian residents. Candidates should be domiciled residents of Haryana to apply for the HSSC ALM post and must fulfil other mandatory requirements.

Number of Attempts

A candidate can take an infinite number of attempts at the HSSC ALM examination. However, this infinite number of attempts is subjected to only until the candidate reaches his or her upper age limit of 42 years and fulfills all the other HSSC ALM eligibility criteria.

Experience

As per the HSSC ALM Eligibility  Criteria, prior experience is not required to apply for the post.
