HPSC PGT Eligibility - Age Limit
- The minimum age for the candidates to apply successfully is 18 years and the maximum age for application is 42 years.
- Teachers working in privately managed Govt. Aided Schools, recognized schools and Government Schools shall be given age relaxation in upper age limit to the extent of service rendered by them as a teacher subject to a maximum of 5 years.

HPSC PGT Eligibility - Educational Qualification
Candidates are required to fulfill the educational qualification to apply for the post of HPSC PGT. Check out the below pointers to know the common eligibility that is applicable to each post.
- The candidates must have Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the languages in Matriculation or Higher or must have 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subjects.
- They should also have qualified in the HTET (Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test) or STET (School Teacher Eligibility Test).
- The candidates must have passed Masters (M.A. / M.Sc/ M.Com, etc) in the concerned discipline with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized university. Also note that for Computer Science, the candidates must have passed masters with 55% marks.
