Age Limit
As per the GPSC Engineering Services Eligibility Criteria for age, the candidates applying for the post should be between the age of 20-35 years (Engineering Services, Civil) and 20-36 years (Executive Engineer and Deputy Executive Engineer). Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of Narrated Original Advertisement. There are certain age relaxations available for certain categories that are as follows:

Educational Qualification
As stated in the GPSC Engineering Services Eligibility Criteria 2022, the candidate should possess Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or Bachelor of Technology (Civil) degree from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized as such; provided that the candidate has appeared at a degree examination, and has passed it. But if the result is not declared, the candidate shall still be eligible for admission to the prelim exam.
