As discussed earlier, DSSSB PRT employees will receive a basic salary of Rs. 35,400 per month. After additions of allowances, DA, TA the amount stands Rs. 48,000–52,000. However, there are some deductions to be taken into account. The In-Hand salary is given below:

The DSSSB PRT employees will receive a salary slip after every month. The salary slip will contain all the information about deductions and allowances for each employee.

Applicants falling within the age group as mentioned by the examination conducting authority will be eligible to apply for the DSSSB PRT recruitment. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to the reserved category. The age group as mentioned in the official notification, for the General (unreserved) category, is:
