Scribe

The candidates who are physically disabled and have difficulty in writing can ask for the scribe facility. The candidates must have a physical disability of more than 40% to be eligible to apply for the scribe facility. In addition to the basic points the scribe must also fulfil the following criteria:

  • The candidate willing to arrange their scribe at their own cost is required to inform the Centre Head regarding the same.
  • The academic qualification of the scribe should be one grade lower than the eligibility criteria released for the post of Peon/Orderly/Dak-Peon, Sweeper/Safai Karamchari & Process Server i.e. Matriculate. In other words, the scribe cannot be a 10th pass.
  • The candidate, as well as the scribe, will have to give an undertaking that the scribe fulfils all the stipulated eligibility criteria
