DDA ASO Age Requirements [As on 02/07/2025]
The age standards for the DDA ASO position say that candidates must be at least 18 years old and shouldn't exceed 30 years of age as of the last date to apply for the DDA ASO position, which is 02/07/2025. Age relaxation is given to government workers as per the orders of the Central Government. Additionally, DDA employees who possess the required qualifications for direct recruitment are also eligible, and the age limit does not apply to them.

Note:
- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) accepts the date of birth mentioned in the Matriculation or Secondary School Leaving Certificate. It can also be the date of birth mentioned in a certificate recognized by an Indian University as equivalent to Matriculation. Alternatively, the date of birth mentioned in an extract from a Register of Matriculates maintained by a University, certified by the proper authority of the University, or in the Higher Secondary certificate or an equivalent examination certificate is also accepted.
- No other documents related to age, such as horoscopes, affidavits, birth extracts from Municipal Corporation, service records, etc., will be accepted.
- Candidates should also be aware that requests for changing the date of birth after submission will not be considered or granted.

As per the official notification, work experience is not mandatory for the DDA ASO position. Therefore, all individuals who meet the given eligibility criteria can appear for the exam.

DDA ASO Allowances And Benefits
Besides the salary given to a DDA ASO, a person working under this post is also entitled to a number of allowances and benefits. These allowances and benefits are added to the salary amount and are given to compensate for the regular and compulsory expenses. These allowances reduce the burden on the salary amount. DDA ASO In-Hand Salary
In hand salary is the amount received by an employee at the end of every month after adding the amount of all the allowances and deducting all the necessary deductions like Income Tax, National Pension Scheme(NPS), Provident Fund (PF), etc.
The in-hand salary of a DDA ASO amounts to around Rs 40,000. Candidates newly recruited as a DDA ASO will start receiving the allowances after completion of the Probation Period
DDA ASO Probation Period 2025
Probation Period is the time period for which an employee receives training from the department. The purpose of this training is to make that employee familiar with the duties and responsibilities that have to be performed in that post. It is also observed how well that employee is able to perform.
A newly recruited ASO in the DDA will have to complete a probationary Period of 2 Years. In this span of 2 years, he/she will receive training and his/her performance will be properly evaluated. If he/she resigned from the post before the completion of the probation period or probation period + one year of regular service, he/she is liable to pay Rs 2 Lakh to the DDA
