Candidates applying for any discipline under the post of Management Trainee, must fall under the age limit set as per the CIL MT CS Eligibility. CIL MT CS Educational Qualification Criteria
Each of the candidates must fulfill certain educational qualifications to be eligible for the post of Management Trainee. The education requirement as stated in the CIL MT CS eligibility criteria pdf has been described below:

Annual Package for CIL MT CS Post
- The candidate who qualifies the examination will be placed as a Management Trainee in E-2 Grade. After the training period of 1 year, the candidate will be regularized in E-3 Grade with a Probation period of 1 year.
- The starting basic pay of CIL MT CS salary of selected candidates will be INR 50,000/- during the training period.
- After the completion of the probation period, the annual package of CIL MT CS Post, thus will range from INR 8 Lakhs to INR 10 Lakhs along with perks and allowance.

CIL MT CS In-Hand Salary 2021
The Applicants who qualify both the Computer Based Online Test and Personal Interview, and complete the probation period will be liable for a handsome pay scale of INR 60,000 – 1,80,000 with other benefits. The CIL MT CS salary is subject to factors like Place of Posting, Financial Performance at both organizational and Individual level. The in-hand salary will be around Rs. 70,000-80,000 per month approx.

CIL MT CS Probation Period
Applicants who make it to the merit list have to undergo a training period of 1 year in E-2 Grade. Once the training is complete and the candidate passes the test conducted for the purpose, he will be regularized in E-3 Grade, under which the candidate has to undergo a probation period of 1 year to become a permanent employee. The Qualifying candidates are also asked to sign the Service Agreement Bond stating to serve the company for 60 months for INR 3,00,000. The CIL MT CS salary during the probation period under E-3 Grade will be in the range of INR 60,000/-.

The Computer-Based Test for CIL MT Recruitment is an objective-type exam that comprises two papers for 100 marks each. The details of the exam pattern are given below.

- Duration: 3 hours (in one sitting)
- Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
