The BSSC Rajbhasha Sahayak (Urdu) Exam is divided into 2 Papers.

The written examination is for a total of 200 marks. The translator must translate from Urdu to Hindi Translator and vice versa. The BSSC syllabus in given below:

The selection process for the BSSC urdu Anuvadak post is given below:

The prelims exam is an if and when case exam which takes place when the commission needs to qualify candidates at an earlier stage. It tests the candidates on basic urdu language knowledge and is of 100 marks.

A single BSSC Urdu Anuvadak Recruitment exam is conducted in the usual scenario by the commission. It is a proper written exam followed through in two shifts as it consists of two papers. Duration of each of these papers is three hours and the candidates must qualify this by attaining minimum marks to move to the document verification round.

Bihar Staff Selection Commission has clearly specified that there will not be any examination for the recruitment of candidates for the post of Agriculture Coordinator. Candidates shall be selected on the basis of merit list that considers the marks scored in graduation and work experience in agriculture. So, there shall be no syllabus released for the selection of candidates for the post of Agriculture Coordinator.

TheBSSC Lab Technician selection process includes the following stages. Absence in any of these stages will disqualify that particular candidate from the Selection Procedure.

Candidates who appear for the BSSC Lab Technician recruitment 2020 will be awarded some marks based upon their educational qualification. Marks are awarded to candidates on the following grounds:

• Intermediate (10+2) score: 25 Points
• Higher Education Score: 10 Points
• Diploma Exam in Technical Course of related posts score: 25 Points
• Work Experience in Government Hospitals of Bihar State: 25 Points (5 marks/year and maximum 25 marks)

As per the above scheme, a total of 85 marks is awarded on the experience of the candidates in the relevant fields.

The Interview round is the last round of Selection for the BSSC lab technician recruitment. The Commission has set 15 marks for the interview round. Final selection of the candidates will be made based on their marks achieved in the Experience/Qualification merit and the Interview.

Collection and preparation of crude drugs for the market as exemplified by Ergot, opium, Rauwolfia, Digitalis, Senna. 

Study of source, Preparation, and identification of fiber used in sutures and surgical dressings.

BSSC SSO salary slip will consist of many details like Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Basic Pay, and Travel Allowance (TA), Professional Tax, Total Deductions and Net Salary. The salary slip will contain all the details of the allowances paid and deductions. It will also reflect the in-hand amount received by the employee when joined as an SSO.

The in-hand salary is the fixed amount which an employee receives at the beginning of the new month. It is paid after deductions made in the salary. The deductions are made on the basis of PF, NPS and Profession tax. The in-hand salary differs according to the city in which an employee has been posted. The employees of metropolitan cities receive the highest amount as salary.

The BSSC Sub Statistical Officers are paid ₹44,900 (Pay Level 7) as their basic remuneration and are entitled to further allowances and benefits. With the establishment, the monthly gross salary varies between ₹60,000 and ₹65,000 depending on the location. Their salary structure also includes Dearness Allowance (DA): about 46% of the basic salary, House Rent Allowance (HRA) for 24%, 16%, or 8% based on the classification of cities, and Travel Allowance (TA). Other perks also include the Provident Fund (PF), National Pension Scheme (NPS) contributions, and job security. The SSO post is financially sound and provides growth in the long run in the government sector of Bihar, as it offers regular increments along with benefits at the end of service.

BSSC Sub Statistical Officers serve as an officer in the Bihar government services. Their years of experience and performance will make them eligible for promotions, such as Statistical Officer or Senior Statistical Officer.
