The candidate should be older than the age of 21 years if he/she wishes to apply for the BPSC Lecturer post in 2024. Upon fulfilling the age limit criterion, the next requirement is the candidate’s educational qualification. BPSC Lecturer Perks and Additional Benefits 2024
The BPSC Lecturer will receive additional benefits and perks according to the 10-grade pay commission. The benefits are listed below.

- House Rent Allowance (HRA) - House Rent Allowance varies according to a place of posting and can be 9.0% or 8.0% or 7.0% of the basic salary which depends upon the type of cities (i.e., metros, big cities or other locations).
- Travel Allowance (TA)
- Dearness Allowance (DA) - This Allowance is given to the employees as a percentage of the basic salary. This is revised every three months based on the All India Consumer Price Index data given out by the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation, Government of India.
- City Compensatory Allowance - Based on the type of city, it might be 0%, 3%, or 4%.
