According to the official notification issued by BPSC, the in-hand BPSC Assistant Salary includes basic pay and allowances. Candidates selected for the BPSC Assistant position during the probation period would be paid a monthly salary of Rs 44900 - 142400/- per month. Once the probation period is over, applicants will be offered extra allowances in addition to their monthly income in accordance with BPSC norms.
