The commission has earlier notified that the salary shall be prepared by keeping the level of classes in consideration. Additionally, allowances such as DA, HRA, TA etc shall also be admissible for this profile. The annual Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha salary package will be as follows:

• Basic Pay for classes 1-5: INR 3,00,000/month
• Basic Pay for classes 6-8: INR 3,36,000/month
• Basic Pay for classes 9-10: INR 3,72,000/month
• Basic Pay for classes 11-12: INR 3,84,000/month.

The applicants will be eligible for the following allowances along with the basic salary:

• Dearness Allowance
• House Rent Allowances
• Travel Allowances
• Yearly Increments
• Newspaper allowance
• PF contributions made by the employer

• To be acknowledged as permanent employees, the chosen candidates must go through a probationary period.
• During their probationary period, employees are monitored closely, and their performance and work ethics are evaluated by senior management.
• Once their probation period is over, candidates are eligible for all perks and benefits associated with the position.
• Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha probation period is yet to be announced by the commission.

The Bihar BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha Eligibility Criteria 2026 for Phase 5 apply to teachers and librarians appointed by local bodies in Bihar. Only serving Niyojit Shikshaks working in primary, middle, secondary, or higher secondary schools can apply. Candidates must meet service-related conditions set by the Bihar School Examination Board. Supporting documents are mandatory at every stage. Applications found ineligible at any point will be rejected.

They should be working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools of Bihar. The school must be run by a local body under the state government. Candidates who could not qualify in earlier phases can apply again in Phase 5. Valid service and appointment documents are required.

As per Bihar BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha Eligibility Criteria 2026 (Phase 5) the applicant must be a citizen of India. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in government schools of Bihar. If required, candidates may have to produce an eligibility certificate issued by the state government. Nationality will be verified during document checking.
