Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has given preference to the candidates who have served in the government service, A weightage of 25 Marks is given to experience alone for the process of selection. As a result, only experienced candidates can apply for the Bihar ANM position.

The annual Bihar ANM Salary package on average is expected to be around Rs. 62,400 to Rs. 2,40,000. The selected candidates will also be eligible for the additional allowances and incentives once the probation period is over.
