Age Limit
The Bank of Maharashtra Clerk Age Limit norms will be notified by the recruitment board in the official notification. As per the details from previous year, the bank is also expected to provide age relaxation facility to candidates belonging to reserved categories.
For candidates belonging to the unreserved category, the age limit range is expected to be set within the range of 18 to 28 years. The age limit relaxation of reserved categories including SC/ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), PwD, Ex-servicemen, WIdows/divorced women, KM, and so on, have been provided in the table given below:

Educational Qualification
Candidates interested in applying for the post of Bank of Maharashtra Clerk must also be aware of the required minimum educational qualification. As per previous year, the Bank of Maharashtra Clerk Educational Qualification requires candidates to have completed graduation from a recognised university.
Nationality
- A candidate must be either a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who migrated to India before 1st January, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
- Candidates belonging to categories mentioned above are required to present a certificate of eligibility duly signed by competent authority representing the Government of India.
Bank of Maharashtra Clerk Annual Package 2022
Bank of Maharashtra publishes information on the Bank of Maharashtra Clerk Salary Structure. The Bank of Maharashtra Clerk Annual Package is estimated to range from INR 1.41 to INR 3.78 lakhs, depending on the basic pay level. This package will also include several allowable allowances such as dearness allowance, house rent allowance, reimbursement for medical and travel expenses, provident fund, gratuity, and so on.
It must also be noted that upon selection, candidates will be posted as Clerks at various branches of the Bank of Maharashtra under the Clerical Cadre (Non-conventional Projects).

Bank of Maharashtra Clerk Year Wise Pay Scale 2022
Basic Pay and the allowances make the entire Bank of Maharashtra Clerk Salary. The minimum Basic Pay of the Bank of Maharashtra Clerk will be INR 11,765 while the maximum will be INR 31,540.
- Initial Basic Pay: INR 11,765 with a yearly increment of INR 655 for 3 years.
- Basic Pay After 3 years: INR 13,730 with a yearly increment of INR 815 for the next 3 years.
- Basic Pay After the next 3 years: INR 16,175 with a yearly increment of INR 980 for the next 4 years.
- Basic Pay After the next 4 years: INR 20,095 with a yearly increment of INR 1,145 for the next 7 years.
- Basic Pay After next 7 years: INR 28,110 with a yearly increment of INR 2,120 for the next 1 year.
- Basic Pay After Next 1 Year: INR 30,230 with a yearly increment of INR 1,310 for the next 1 year.
Bank of Maharashtra Clerk Probation Period 2022
After selection as Bank of Maharashtra Clerk, candidates will be enrolled in the Training Institute for a 6 month Certified Course. During this period, candidates will also serve the probation period. Candidates will receive ample training and insight into day to day tasks as Clerks. During this time, candidates will also be evaluated for their performance.

Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidates will be made permanent to their position as Clerks (Non-conventional Projects). After this, candidates will be liable for full payment as devised in the salary structure. The remuneration will also include admissible allowances.
